Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a product that is damaged or in an unusable condition, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Share images and an unedited opening video of the parcel along with your order details for verification.
- Verification: Our team will carefully verify the issue.
- Exchange: Upon successful verification, we will process a replacement or exchange, which will be completed within 14 days, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
If a refund is applicable, the following process will be followed:
- Verification: Refund requests will undergo the same verification process as returns.
- Processing Time: Once the issue is verified, the refund will be credited within 14 days.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and other conditions.
