Shipping Options

- Cash on Delivery (COD):

- Orders will be shipped only if 'COD' is selected under Shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are shipped withinΒ 24-48 hours after confirmation*.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS*.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, Orders get delivered between 2 to 10 days, subject to availability*.
- In remote or rural areas, additional time may be required.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship only within India.
- COD is not available for orders exceeding βΉ3000.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or may not be delivered.
Payment for Non-COD Orders
- If COD is not selected, please pay the order amount to UPI ID - 8005648839@hdfcbank and share the payment screenshot via WhatsApp - 7891010036Β for order processing, subject to availability*.
Tracking Your Order (Optional)
- Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking ID provided in your confirmation email/SMS.

Disclaimer and Liability
- Address and Delivery Issues: We are not liable for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address during checkout.
- Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, courier partner issues, or government regulations, are not our responsibility.
- Loss or Damage During Transit: Once your order is handed over to the courier service, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay during transit. However, we will assist you in resolving such issues with the courier service, for this you can raise a request via Email or Whatsapp within 7 days of delivery. Upon successful verification of your issue, Replacement/Exchange products will be delivered within 14 working days.Β
- COD Orders: Orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) selected but later canceled or unaccepted may result in account restrictions or refusal of future COD services.
- Non-COD Payments: If payment is not made for non-COD orders within the specified time, the order will not be processed, and no liability will be accepted for delays or cancellations.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any fraudulent activity, misuse of the COD option, or intentional order cancellations that result in financial loss to the company. We reserve the right to select the courier partner for order delivery to ensure the best service. We also reserve the right to cancel any order if required and will make every effort to notify the customer in such cases.
